The lining material of electromagnetic flowmeter should be used correctly

 

1. 2. If the electromagnetic flowmeter is not applied, when the electrode of the electromagnetic flowmeter is to be removed, everyone should pay attention to not to let the hand device of the electrode collide with the hard block, otherwise the damage will be harmful to the application of the electrode.

 

3. After the application of the electromagnetic flowmeter is completed, the electrodes of the electromagnetic flowmeter should be covered with less saturated solution. If you want to ensure that the bulb of the electrode is wet, it is ok, but remember that you do not need to put it into the pure water.

 

4. At ordinary times, you should pay attention to the electrode to keep clean, do not need to let the output on both sides of the short circuit, otherwise it will promote the measurement is not accurate, harm the application of electromagnetic flowmeter.In fact, there are many ways to maintain the electrodes of the electromagnetic flowmeter, we should pay more attention to the application process, not because of their own little carelessness caused by the electromagnetic flowmeter can not be used normally in the future.

 

Lining materials should be selected according to the corrosivity, abrasion and temperature of the substance being measured:

 

I. pure natural rubber (soft rubber)

 

1. Good ductility, abrasion resistance and tensile strength

 

2, resistance to general weak acid, alkaline corrosion

 

3. Measure water and waste water

 

Ii. Acid resistant rubber (hard rubber)

 

It can withstand the corrosion of sulfuric acid, glacial acetic acid, oxalic acid, sodium hydroxide, ammonium sulfate and 50% hydrochloric acid, caustic soda and potassium hydroxide under normal temperature, but it does not resist the corrosion of strong oxidant to test the general acid, alkali and salt solution.
