Measuring tube: its function is to let the conductivity of the measured liquid based on.In order to make the magnetic field line is separated or short-circuited according to the magnetic flux when measuring the catheter, the measuring catheter must be made of non-magnetic, low conductivity, low heat transfer rate and raw materials with certain mechanical strength, non-magnetic stainless steel plate, glass fiber reinforced plastic, high toughness plastic, aluminum, etc.

 

Electrode: its function is to find the magnetic induction potential data signal proportional to the measurement.The electrodes are generally made of non-magnetic stainless steel plates, and are required to be flush with the lining to facilitate fluid mechanics without being obstructed.It should be installed in the vertical position of the pipeline, in order to avoid precipitation on the top of it and harm the measurement accuracy.

 

Housing: made from ferromagnetic raw materials, it is the housing for the excitation electromagnetic coil of the distribution mechanism and protects against the influence of external magnetic field.

 

Lining: a detailed insulating lining is provided on the inner side of the measuring tube and on the flange protruding surface.It immediately touches the liquid under test, and its function is to improve the corrosion resistance of the measuring catheter, so as to avoid short circuit fault of the conduit wall measured by the inductive potential of the metallic material.Lining raw materials more corrosion - resistant, heat - resistant, wear - resistant polytetrafluoroethylene plastic, porcelain and so on.

 

Converter: the magnetically induced potential data signal caused by liquid flow is very weak and is greatly damaged by various interference factors. The effect of converter is to increase the magnetically induced potential signal and turn it into a unified standard signal and suppress the key electromagnetic interference.Its daily task is to convert the induction potential signal measured by the electrode into a uniform standard dc signal.
